Modula24 Ads Reporting – Terms of Service

1. About the application

“Modula24 Ads Reporting” is an internal software tool operated by Modula24 (modula24.com). It connects to the Google Ads API in order to read performance reports (for example costs, clicks, impressions and conversions per campaign) of Modula24’s own Google Ads account and to analyse them together with Modula24’s own shop data.

2. Who may use it

The application is used exclusively by authorised Modula24 staff for Modula24’s own advertising accounts. It is not offered to the public or to other businesses, and third parties cannot sign in to it.

3. Access to Google accounts

Access to a Google Ads account is granted only through Google’s OAuth consent screen by a person who is authorised for that account. The application is intended for read-only reporting. Consent can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions or by removing the user from the Google Ads account.

4. Acceptable use

The application may only be used in compliance with the Google Ads API Terms and Conditions, the Google API Services User Data Policy and applicable law. Access credentials must be kept confidential and must not be passed on to third parties.

5. No warranty, liability

The application is provided for internal purposes “as is”. Modula24 does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the completeness of reports. Statutory liability rules remain unaffected.
