Modula24 Ads Reporting – Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the internal application “Modula24 Ads Reporting” (operated by Modula24, modula24.com) accesses, uses, stores and shares data obtained from Google APIs.
1. Data accessed
- Google Ads reporting data of Modula24’s own Google Ads account(s): account, campaign, ad group and
keyword structure and performance metrics such as costs, clicks, impressions and conversions (scope
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords). - OAuth credentials (a refresh token) of the Modula24 staff account that granted access. No other Google account data (e.g. e-mails, contacts, files) is requested or accessed.
2. How the data is used
The data is used solely to create internal reports for Modula24 about the performance of its own advertising campaigns, and to compare advertising costs with Modula24’s own website statistics and sales. It is not used to serve ads, to build user profiles, to train AI or machine-learning models, or for any purpose unrelated to this reporting.
3. Storage and protection
Reporting data and the refresh token are stored only on Modula24’s own server located in the European Union. Credentials are stored in a file readable only by the server’s administrator account; access is protected by encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and restricted server access. Backups are encrypted.
4. Sharing
Data obtained from Google APIs is not sold, rented, transferred or disclosed to third parties. It is only accessible to authorised Modula24 staff.
5. Retention and deletion
Reporting data is kept as long as needed for Modula24’s internal analysis and is deleted when no longer needed. Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions; the stored refresh token then becomes invalid and is deleted. Deletion requests: service@modula24.com.
6. Google API Services User Data Policy
Modula24 Ads Reporting’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
