We ship from our warehouse in Hamburg (Germany) and from our warehouse in China.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated exactly for your destination country and the weight of your order in the cart and at checkout, and are shown before you pay. There is no minimum order value for free shipping.
- Items from our Hamburg warehouse: shipped by DHL in parcels of up to 31.5 kg. The cost depends on the destination country and weight. Within the EU we ship with DHL Premium (delivered to your door). Outside the EU you choose in the cart between DHL Premium and – in most countries – the cheaper DHL Economy (delivered to a parcel locker or post office near you). Delivery time: Germany 1–2 working days (DHL parcel), EU 3–6 working days, other countries 3–6 working days with Premium, 5–10 with Economy.
- Items from our warehouse in China: sea freight €1.10 per kg (delivery time approx. 9–10 weeks) or air freight €7.00 per kg (delivery time approx. 5–10 working days).
- Sea freight to your door (outside the EU only): on request, your entire order is shipped from our warehouse in China by sea directly to your home – customs cleared, nothing for you to handle. €1.10 per kg, delivery time approx. 9–11 weeks.
- Split shipment: if only part of your order is in stock in Hamburg, we ship that part immediately by DHL; the rest follows from China by sea or air freight. You choose the shipping method in the cart or at checkout.
Every parcel has a tracking number.
